The highlight of this morning’s jaunt over Clougha, Grit Fell and Ward’s Stone was a ringtail Hen Harrier quartering the fellside to the north of the ridgeline between Grit Fell and Ward’s Stone. First I’ve seen on the Bowland Fells for a good few years.
