Four Green Sandpipers in the flooded field at the bottom of Aldcliffe Hall Lane at 9.30 this morning.
A Green Woodpecker first heard at Wildfowlers’ Pools and then seen flying over the cycletrack towards Ashton Hall/Conder Green. First one I’ve seen there in the seven years I’ve lived here.
