3 Yellow Wagtails this morning, the 1st since Monday, 2 quite yellow birds and 1 very young bird.

35+ Pied Wagtails and uncounted Linnets.

A large flock of Wagtails dropped in from the East this morning. Comprising
6 YELLOW Wagtails and 49 Pied Wagtails.

They stay for 20 minutes or so, and were dive-bombed by 2 Sparrowhawk and departed South.

At least 5 Yellow Wagtails this morning.

30 Pied Wagtails, a Female Marsh Harrier, Sparrowhawk, and a very dark Peregrine, which tried for a Redshank breakfast, but missed.

Also 20+ Linnets, 3 Little Egrets and at least 1 Whimbrel.

Morning, 2 Yellow Wagtail, all the sheep were close by the farm.

A very brief view of a colour ringed Grey Wagtail, Blue was the only colour seen.

12 Pied Wagtails, a Wheatear, lots of Swallows and a few House Martins feeding around the farm and fields.

I came back once the sun came out and saw a single Clouded Yellow stll hanging around.

No sign of any Clouded Yellow butterflies, but it was overcast and windy.

No Yellow Wagtails

2 Wheatear, 7 Pied Wagtails, 9 Mipits, 30 Linnets, 8 Little Egret and lots of Swallows feeding over the recently cropped grass fields.

5 Clouded Yellow butterflies and 5 Yellow Wagtails, with PW + Painted Ladies, Red Admirals and lots of Small Tortoiseshell and countless Common Blue and White’s.
