The demise of the long- staying Whooper

Sadly, I found its carcass at Halforth. It had been here four winters, despite its damaged left wing and unable to fly.
Could have died of natural causes or possibly attacked by a fox.
Also 8 Whooper between Halforth and College Green
The Long-tailed Duck is still here along with 11 Goldeneye.
