      Spent a couple of futile hours SE Owl watching today, out on the marsh there were two people with two dogs running riot followed by four people with one dog with ball sling for pooch to retrieve, birds flushed or disturbed by same were
      Oystercatcher
      Curlew
      Redshank
      Snipe 8
      Pinkfoot 1
      Mallard
      Wigeon
      Teal
      Egret
      I hope they gained maximum enjoyment in disturbing and distressing our local bird life

      45 Twite
      27 Fieldfare
      Very brief glimpse of Stoat with kill, I think it was a bird.
      On the village side
      3,000 lapwings were sharing roosting space with a 1,000 Golden Plover, winter wonderland
      Many Black Tailed Godwit, Dunlin and Wigeon.
