Eric Morecambe Pools (from Crag Road)
6 Spoonbill – 2 adults roosting on Eric Morecambe Pool South, then 4 1st summer flew in from the Keer Estuary to join them. (All 6 later flew off back in the direction of the Keer Estuary due to management work going on around the pools)

2 Osprey – perched in dead tree at Island Mere at 9.30 am (‘scoped from Skytower), but gone by 9.45 am when I checked from the lay-by at Island Mere

1 Harbour Porpoise – distant, off outfalls / wooden pier
Ocean Edge (late incoming tide)

75 Cormorant – including 1 with a left leg red darvic ring, but too distant to read code
