The Pectoral Sandpiper found yesterday was still present, but disappeared behind an island after about 10 minutes and didn’t reappear.
1 adult Cattle Egret – with the cows on the salt-marsh beyond the pools
1 Greenshank – Allen Pool
45 Black-tailed Godwit
17 Dunlin
From the Crag Road viewpoint:
7 Spoonbill, 3 Great White Egret, 5 Little Egret, 5 Ruff – all on the Eric Morecambe Pool South and not really visible from the EM Hide
11 Greenshank – Far Flood
