      Great afternoon visit.
Marsh Harrier 3 Two females attacking and dragging a male Pintail on the water. The harrier was in the water up to its body and wing flapped all the time. Lifted the pintail up ca 2ft above the water on at least two occasions but eventually left it and it swam off. The pintail must have been injured for it never flew. Took place on near flood just behind the rushes.
      Peregrine 2
      Merlin 1 reported.
The disturbance caused by the birds of prey made counting difficult but estimates made.
