      Pools disturbed by farmer just before I arrived.
      Spoonbill 6 reported could only see 1 on far flood others probably hiden
      Avocet 17 young
      Dunlin 11

          Little stint
          Little ringed plover 4
          Greenshank 9
          Spoonbill 5
          Teal 40

          Barrow Scout
          Teal f with 4 small chicks

          Arnside Knott
          Spotted flycatcher 2 about 200m south of the car park
          Green woodpecker 1 on Heathwaite
