The Caton Moor Snow Bunting is still present and was showing well this afternoon. It is on the track on the northeast side of the windmills at SD579638 by the metal gate – the track is not on older OS maps. It has obviously been noticed by regular walkers up there because it has been supplied with some bread cubes and some seeds.
Record short through binoculars with phone.
