      Bare seafront about 09.45
2 large flocks of pink-footed geese 118 in first flock, over 500 in second, all going north-north-east over the Bay.
Grey wagtail (1st winter) back in Happy Mount Park in Japanese Garden and then at the pond in Woodland Walk.
For sometime there has been a large mixed flock active in the area, sometimes in the Park sometime in the surrounds. Today’s version was round the Woodland Walk pond and was difficult to count due to highspeed dashing round of its members – at least 5 long-tailed tits, 3 great tits, 5 blue tits, 4 coal tits, 2 goldcrests. Yesterday a treecreeper was with them. No recent sightings of the nuthatch which used to be with them.
