John WilsonI have wanted to get a record shot of a pied flycatcher this season and so it was helpful members of this forum that put me onto good places. I dipped at Strid Wood, Bolton Abbey a couple of weeks ago, so thought I would try Barbondale.
It is nice to report seeing a pair and obtaining my photo (several in fact although the quality wasn’t great.

blackcap
wren
robin
blackbird
mistle thrush
nuthatch
great spotted woodpecker
