      21 degrees and Breezy

      Hobby caught and ate lunch around midday.

      23 Pied Wagtails, 11 Swifts passed through in the 4 hours I was there.
      Small numbers of Golden Plover on the Saltmarsh around High tide

        22 degrees and sunny.

        1 adult Male Yellow Wagtail and 2 juveniles,lots of Sheep close to the farm and roads.
        41 Pied Wagtails. 2000 Starling murmuration over the farms and Saltmarsh, frequently attacked by Sparrowhawks.

          Lots of Sheep by the farm and road

          2 Juvenile Yellow Wagtails and 27 Pied Wagtails.

          At least 3000 Starling on the Saltmarsh and around the farms.

            Afternoon visit, 17 degrees, raining and breezy.
            An adult male Yellow Wagtail.
            2 Wheatear, 33 Pied Wagtails.
            At least a 1000 Starling around the Saltmarsh and farm.

            The tame flock of 6 Egyptian geese still around the Quarry fishing lakes, at the top of Hillam Lane

              The Egyptian Geese are probably from Grange over Sands, there used to be some there!
