      Chiffchaff – 1 briefly feeding on our garden bird table this morning with a distinctive jet black bill.

          All black bill is one step towards it being Siberian. Any comment on the rest of it please?

            Yes Dan on Church Hill.
            Unfortunately the Chiffchaff not been back since and was only here for about 5 seconds- not enough for a quick photo.
            Could have been a Siberian !

              Upper plumage was browny grey and pale below. Legs not visible. Upper and lower mandibles were definitely jet black and the most noticeable feature of the short sighting.
