Highlights from a cycle to Cockersands from Freeman’s Pools this morning included:
6 Bewick’s swans with the mass of whoopers off Jeremy Lane (2 black swans nearby also)
Single snow bunting and 18 twite at Cockersands
Good mix of waders along the estuary and coast inc golden and grey plovers, knot, dunlin, black-tailed godwits etc.
