It will be a fun session with plenty to look at as we get up close and cranial with Steve Bullen‘s fifty-year collection of British bird skulls. This one night only exhibition of dozens of beautiful heads will form the basis of a quiz. I suggest you start boning up because we’re not just playing for pride!

Star prize will be another generous donation by friend of the club Jenny McCabe, who is one of Britain’s leading and most collectible bird artists and printmakers Jenny McCabe Artist | Printmaker (see attachment for a new copperplate work in progress).

Then will follow our AGM. Why not come along to volunteer– we’re looking for new committee members. Our get-together at Hornby Institute’s warm and comfortable Foster Suite (take the lift or stairs to the first floor) will feature LDBWS refreshments. The venue also has a licensed bar.
