in reply to: Cattle Egrets #8175Correction. Looking at my record photo (attached)it was 3 cattle egrets and one little egret. The milk Tanker arrived and I was blocking the road – well that’s my excuse! They were feeding well and maybe they’ll be back tomorrow if somebody wants to get better photographs.

in reply to: Pink-footed Geese #4050Between 13.33 and 14.07 I photographed nine skeins all passing south over Middlebarrow Quarry/ Silverdale Moss area. Counting them up just now it was 437 birds, I don’t know if they might be the same birds as John’s ?
