Several sightings of warblers in the fenced off scrubby edges of the railway line between Whasset and Pye’s Bridge Holme this year. Three Sedge Warbler near Whasset this morning along the line; a Lesser Whitethroat and Common Whitethroat have been seen under Pye’s Bridge this Spring.

Surprised to see a Northern Wheatear in a ploughed field near Whasset this morning; I’ve not seen one here before.
