        Hi Alan,
The Curlew is a sat tagged bird, part of the GWCT project. Its a male bird, tagged at Tarnbrook in 2022. It wintered at Sunderland Point/Glasson marsh last year, and returned to breed in the same field this year.

Dolphinholme school adopted it and called it Acanthus.

There are 2 birds currently on Cockerham Marsh, tagged this year.

        Thanks

        Rob

Thanks Rob for this additional interesting information, hopefully other birds will turn up,
          Alan.
