Strong movement of Common Scoter over North Kendal this evening between (22.55 – 23.40) with groups of calls heard almost constantly.
A well heard short series of calls within in one flock, (after checking Xeno canto) sounded very much like a Velvet Scoter.
Also Dunlin, Golden plover, Heron, Black headed gull and a Moorhen.
