Lapwing Very low numbers compared to past years. One field which used to have 6-8 pairs had only 1 pair. Visits to several other areas as part of the Atlas project produced similar results. Drainage and more intensive management along with larger numbers of Carrion Crows is probaly to blame.
Curlew Also low numbers.
