4 great whites out at 7.19 and 8 little egrets 7.19 – 7.26 (Feb little egret counts 2019 – 2021 were 33, 40, and 24).
A lot of otter activity involving at least 3 animals, and 17 bouts of grunting from a bittern in the reeds on the opposite side of the mere.
Returned home to a male blackcap on the bird table of our Silverdale garden.
