This afternoon there was regular flights of Bitterns.
At 2pm. 4 Bitterns were together flying quite high with some circling and going from the west end to the east end of the reserve,eventually landing near Lower Pool.There was at least 3 more medium length flights of single birds later on with landings out from Lilians and near Island Pool.
