      39 species along the canal this morning, highlights were:

      Galgate Marina
      Mistle Thrush- 1
      Grey Wagtail- Male by start of the Glasson Branch of the canal
      Swift- 2
      Lapwing- in fields just west of the marina.

      Ellel Grange
      Common Tern- 1 north along the canal
      Willow Warbler- 2
      Chiffchaff- 1
      Blackcap- 2
      Nuthatch- 1
