      Shaun Coyle has texted me with his highlights from around the LDBWS area today:

      Glossy Ibis, Great White Egret, 3 Cattle Egret, Little Egrets, 3 Spoonbill, Bittern (and Grey Heron)

      An impressive haul – and one that would have been almost unbelievable back in the heady days of the LDBWS ‘Reality League’ of the late 1990s.

        He also had Osprey, 2 Med Gulls and a Spotted Redshank.

        “Wasn’t out long really. All in all that would’ve been an amazing weekend 20 (or even 10) years ago.”
