      A quite large, broad winged raptor was seen flying east over Scotforth. It then took a left turn and heads north. It had a white rump and white terminal tail feathers.

        An escaped Harris Hawk was seen over Preesall yesterday. Doesn’t seem too farfetched to imagine it could have made it to Scotforth today.
