      c30 Redwing in roadside tree. Winter Thrushes have been rather scarce on local walks. A mixed group of Lapwing & Oystercatcher feeding in roadside fields.

      Not sure if easterly birds fleeing the weather or ‘Bay’ birds heading to their breeding grounds and forced back. Several Curlews have been overhead calling this week also. Spring is around the corner. Starting next week looking at the temperatures!
