Pair of Golden Plover close to the summit of Grit Fell this morning. Also one heard close to the W summit of Ward’s Stone and one seen close to the E summit.
Felt very spring like today, with Lapwing displaying, a few Curlew burbling away and a Skylark singing over Ward’s Stone.
