Crook Road, Plumgarths, (off A591, NW of Kendal – outside LDBWS recording area)
1 singing adult male Common Rosefinch – a proper ‘scarlet rosefinch’ – perching on wires and in hedgerow beside house at SD 493 947. It has apparently been present since Friday and has a metal ring on its right leg.
