      Conder Pool (early afternoon)
18 Greenshank – most flew off to Conder Creek as the tide began to drop
      2 Ruff
3 adult Common Tern – still bringing small fish to feed an unknown number of young hiding in the vegetation on one of the islands

Glasson Dock (mid afternoon – dropping tide)
38 Mediterranean Gull (33 adults, 5 2nd winters) – spread across both side of the estuary between Glasson Dock and Conder Creek, with many flying east up river past the Bowling Green having presumably roosted further down the estuary
6 Avocet – asleep on the mudflats at the mouth of Conder Creek
The usual large numbers of Lapwing and Redshank feeding on the exposed mudflats between Glasson Dock and Conder Creek, but no other waders of note.
