A colour-ringed Cormorant (Orange 013) was stood by the iron footbridge over Lancaster Canal, Aldcliffe Road, Lancaster this morning. Thanks to the ‘CR Birding’ website I was able to trace it to the Merseyside Ringing Group who ringed it at Hale Duck Decoy, Cheshire on 16th May 2021.
