3 sedge warbler singing at weedy corner. Lesser and common whitethroat, reed warbler, blackcap and chiffchaff heard on a loop starting on the sea wall and returning via Freeman’s Wood and the cycle track.
1 LRP at Wildfowlers’.
Marsh harrier seen distantly from weedy corner in the vacinity of Darter Pool/Freeman’s. The gulls on the estuary had been alarm calling a few minutes previously.
Back at home, swifts were seen copulating overhead as I ate my porridge in the garden.
