      08.15 to 11.00 Highlights:

      Willow Warbler back at a regular breeding site.
      Increasing numbers of Blackcaps.

      Wildfowlers Pools:
      2 Little Ringed Plovers
      2 White Wagtails
      1 Black-tailed Godwit (40 at flooded field on Aldcliffe Hall Lane, there were approximately 200 flying around over the cycle track initially)
      10 Sand Martins passing through

      A copulating pair of Goldeneye on Freeman’s Pool in the morning sun was a beautiful sight.

      Conder Pool on 1/4 – Common Sandpiper and six Avocets
