Knowlys Road, Heysham – 83 Pale-bellied Brent Geese off the children’s play area, mostly in one flock, but 3, 3 and 5 (family groups?) separated from the main flock and easily overlooked.

Pine Lake – 1 adult Whooper Swan still at south end of lake with 10 Mute Swan

35 Wigeon
2 Great Crested grebe

Eric Morecambe Pools (from Crag Road) – Just 2 Little Egret and no Great White Egret on the salt-marsh.

Lilian’s Hide, Leighton Moss – 15 Tufted Duck, plus good numbers of dabbling duck
