      Pair of Common turn have successfully nested and hatched one chick on the basin marina pontoons, very protective of their chick!!

      Also over the last two to three weeks there has been a sizeable roost of young starlings in the basin reeds ranging from 200-300 up to what looked to be 2000 birds yesterday evening 9th July.
