      LDBWS Feeding Station 1215:

      10 degrees Celsius, breezy.

      Chaffinch 23
      Reed Bunting 11
      Linnet 6
      Stock Dove 3
      Brambling 2 fems

      Fieldfare 74 and Redwing 60 in A20

        Sunday 13th, 8.30am: 9C, dry and breezy.
        Chaffinch, ca. 15
        Linnet, 5
        Reed bunting, 3 (1m, 2f)
        Brambling, 2 (1m, 1f)
        Robin, great tit, blackbird, dunnock 2 each
        Blue tit 1
        Hen pheasants (3) made short work of the larger grains on the ground
        Male goldfinch present in the hedgerow but abstaining from breakfast
        Mixed flock of redwing and fieldfare again present in the trees towards Aldcliffe

          9 degrees Celsius, breezy, showery.

          Chaffinch 28 (22 of which female– males on breeding territory somewhere?)
          Woodpigeon 13
          Reed Bunting 12
          Stock Dove 9
          Linnet 8
          Brambling 3 (2 fems)
          Meadow Pipit 3 (first record of MP seen eating LDBWS seed)
          Long-tailed Tit 1

          Fieldfare 60 in Pony Wood
