      Roost at SD454563 (downstream of the foot bridge, best viewable from the Conder Green car park picnic tables) on the 8-metre-ish tide comprised:

      Redshank 300
      Dunlin 38 ads
      Curlew 26
      Greenshank 17
      Mallard 15
      Black-tailed Godwit 1
      Bar-tailed Godwit 1
