Fell End Nature Reserve
This new wetland reserve is now open. Free access but no dogs please
Access is on the road between Yealand and Beetham Opposite Fell End Caravan Park.
There are two recenly excavated meres

Facilities. Car Park and Hide with another hide to follow shortly.
Woodland Walk
Refreshments are available acrosss the road in the caravan site cafe.
Sightings board, .please add your sightings.

Recent sightings include
Marsh Harrier
Barn Owl most evenings
Lapwing ca 8 pairs
Little Grebe
Shoveler
Teal
Gadwall
Snipe
Water Rail
Fallow and Roe Deer
