A few things over the last few days whilst on brief visits...

Foulshaw Moss

2 Marsh harrier - Male & Female
14 Tree Sparrow
7 Redpoll
4 Stonechat
2 Siskin
4 Reed Bunting
3 Chiffchaffs
3 Goldcrest

Brigsteer Wetland

1 Marsh Harrier - Femaile
2 Stonechat

Jenny Browns Point

6 Chiffchaffs - quarry
4 Goldcrest - quarry

Sunderland Point

Little Owl - roosting in last hedge next to point end (last weekend!)

Gilpin Bridge
4 Stonechats
2 Chiffchaff
2 Goldcrest

Lyth Valley
3 Stonechats

Stonechats do seem to be fairly widespread around here at the moment - some probably passage with the usual residents easily found on Foulshaw / Meathop / Whitbarrow Scar.
