Avocets and Manx Shearwater

Avocets and Manx Shearwater

9.15 - 10.00. A short visit to Know End Point, 500m south of Silverdale Shore, to see what wasn't needing to roost on Carnforth Marsh with a 7m tide:
regular gulls, oystercatchers, curlews, and redshank,
2 black-tailed godwits,
1 bar-tailed godwit,
10 avocets.
Also 1 manx shearwater.

It is on my 1:25,000. Go to Silverdale Shore, and walk 500m South. Sometimes good when we have relatively low high tides.
