1500 Lapwings and 22 Golden Plovers roosting on sands (SD454600) off Aldcliffe Marsh this morning.

Three adult Med Gulls in fields by Aldcliffe village.

11 Gadwall, five Shovelers & 120 Teal Wildfowlers / Flood.

Stodday ETW

At least one White Wagtail (ad summer male!) with c12 albas. 20+ Chiffchaffs, two Willow Warblers, two Lesser Whitethroats, three Blackcaps and six Goldcrests feeding along ETW track SD459587

Lune at Glasson viewed from bowling green (rising tide)

Eight roosting Greenshank (no doubt smaller part of the 11 seen feeding on nearby Lune earlier in day), Green Sandpiper, two Common Sandpipers.
