River Lune, Lancaster - 9 Mediterranean Gull (6 adults, 1 3rd CY, and 2 1st CY) on the low tide gravel bars between Skerton Bridge and Greyhound Bridge at 9.00 am. A record count for me at this location.

River Lune, Halton - No sign of the recent Night Heron despite an extensive check of the area between the single-land road bridge over the river at Halton and the Crook O'Lune. A Sparrowhawk was the highlight of a largely birdless search.

Conder Pool - No sign of the Wood Sandpiper found mid morning by Ian Hartley at 12.00 noon.
