Arnside Birds

Redshank - 20
Lapwing - 100
Oystercatcher - 12
Curlew - 10
[ Black tailed Godwit - 4 yesterday]
Little Egret - 6
Mallard - 20
Shelduck - 10
Common Scoter - Several nocturnal flight calls
heard at 3am this morning through my open bed
window. Continuous very clear calls over 3mins
or more indicating alot of Scoters returning back
from Arctic breeding grounds passing over Church
Hill , Arnside
