Red Nab - Heysham Stage One outfall - A total of 10 Mediterranean Gull (4 adults, 3rd CY, 3 2nd CY) on the incoming tide, with large numbers of Herring and LBb Gulls attracted to both outfalls. One of the 2nd CY Med Gulls had a metal ring on its right 'ankle', but no colour-ringed birds.

Morecambe - A brief trawl around the back of DW Sports overlooking Frontierland and the end of Cedar Street failed to produce any Starlings, but a flock of c.150 were roosting on the leeward side of Bubbles Groyne where the same (?) Rose-coloured Starling was reported a few weeks ago.

The descriptions received strongly suggest the SJ bird was a pink ad Male and the Cedar street one was a more baby pink female/imm.
