Merlin on the saltmarsh this morning
Scaup still on the flooded area of the field at the bottom of Aldcliffe Hall Lane
Some of the species feeding in the harvested maize fields included Linnet, Tree Sparrow, Skylark and Reed Bunting.
75 PF geese flew over

40 whooper swans on Wildfowlers' Sunday morning.
Redwing and fieldfares present and all heading north or northwest.
Skylarks are also evident and linnet, reed bunting and tree sparrows at the stubble field.
Some small tit flocks with a few goldcrest but no phyll warblers so far.
Peregrine on the pylons.
