Little Egret observed with red ring to left leg and what appears to be metal ring on right leg (distant observation)
Three sightings of Barn Owl, one over the garden carrying vole or similar heading SE and at the front of house with same, this time able to plot it's flight path which was SE over the river towards Crook Farm, I guess feeding young, checking Glasson marsh with scope and barn Owl viewed hawking the sea defence banking dropping down on to prey and didn't reappear presuming same bird or mate, anyone over the east side of the river might just see where the nest might be with luck when traveling down the road to Land Lighthouse.
