Conder Green
Redshank 60
Little Egret 3
Common Tern 3 adults at two nests. On pontoon: 2 young doing well, plus an adult incubating still. On small island: no adults seen so I assume that nest has failed.

Lune from Glasson bowling green
Mediterranean Gull 1 adult flew over. Full black hood.
Greenshank 2 - Conder mouth
Avocet 2 - Conder mouth
Bar-tailed Godwit 2 in heavy wing moult
Black-tailed Godwit 1
Lapwing 150
Little Egret 9
Common Tern 2 - commuting to Conder pool with food
Pink footed Goose 3
Eider 9

Blea Tarn reservoir
Great Crested Grebe pair have hatched young from their relay clutch. Adult seen carrying an unknown number of small young on her back and feeding one of them a feather.

On the Conder river adjacent to the green this morning:

Common Sandpiper x3
Greenshank x1
Avocet x1

Pontoon/platform nest situation as per 23rd June.
