Harrier at Conder

Walked along from Glasson Dock enjoying the Redshanks, Curlews and Godwits to Conder in early afternoon - also a Snipe, which was trying very successfully to look like a Jack Snipe...
Then watched a brown harrier over the sea marsh by the river being harassed by two Crows - had assumed it was a small Marsh H, but it was definitely a ring-tail, so does that make it a Hen Harrier?
The Marina still had its very smart Goldeneyes and Tufted Ducks.
