Stone Jetty

Two visits to the Jetty today

7:00-8:30 and
Pintail 9 south
Peregrine juv hunting Dunlin without success

12:45-16:45.
Pink-footed goose 460 (13, 12, 85, 39, 36, 34, 27, 46, 31, 15, 24, 31, 32, 35) plus another 49 over the house mid morning.
Leach's petrel 1 flew south at 15:02 just a few metres off the end of the Jetty giving really good views.
Guillemot 1 sheltering against the rocks of the Jetty.
Auk sp 2 north
Common scoter 1m north
Sandwich tern 2
Bar-tailed godwit 5
Swallow 3 south over the sea
Eider c. 60 plus another 200-300 on the far side of the Kent channel
Wigeon 5
Red-breasted merganser 3
Great crested grebe 4
