From the knowlys road vantage point this am on low tide and early tidal flow:
Scaup - five (two drake) inshore channel - off bare at ht??
Velvet scoter - drake in distant eider flock - off jbp at ht??
Eider - 720 - 410 in scattered flocks at different ranges, then a big gap then flock of 310
RT Diver - 2
Great crest g - 5

Velvet Scoter drake seen again in the last group of Eiders to float past heysham head but hard to see in poor "orangy" light
